Top junior golfers from all over the world will be competing in a Ryder Cup team format. This is a great opportunity for these accomplished junior golfers to test their skills in a team atmosphere while learning the strategies that come with match play. Participants have the opportunity to meet new people and make new friendships from around the world.
The teams will consist of junior golfers, boys ages 10 to 15 years old and girls ages 11 to 16. Team members will have to qualify through sanctioned tournaments to be invited to play in this event. Each National or USA Regional Team will determine their own qualifications for which players qualify for their respective team.
This prestigious event will be held at the challenging Bolingbrook Golf Club in Bolingbrook Illinois on June 12-15, 2010. Golf Magazine ranked Bolingbrook Golf Club the "Top Ten You Can Play". Over 300 new public golf courses opened for play across America in 2002, the course was selected as one of the top 10. Golf Digest ranked Bolingbrook Golf Club the "Top 15 New Upscale Public Courses for 2003".
